Plastic injection molding machines

Press, cool, solidify

Plastic injection molding machines melt plastic granulate at high pressure before pressing the melt into a negative mold where it cools down and solidifies again. High temperatures and extreme injection pressures are used to achieve high levels of quality and process speed.
Hydraulic cylinders are used to seal the injection pressure in the negative molds and to generate this injection pressure for the molten granulate.
