Do you want to send in cylinders, or you want us to check whether we can take back any AHP products you do not need? You want to have your cylinder(s) repaired? We can do that regardless of the manufacturer!
Please use this form to register your request.
After verification and reconciliation, we will send you a return receipt with your personal transaction number. Please print it out and enclose it with your shipment. The goods must be packed appropriately for transport.
A requirement for returning goods is that they are unused and in the condition in which they were delivered.
If we can take them back, we will credit you the purchase amount excluding a restocking fee. Please note that we have limited refund possibilities for special- and customer fabrications.
For cylinder repair, we can even take in cylinders with large diameters (up to 1,000 mm) and strokes (up to 12,000 mm).
