Friction welding machines
Joined forever through friction
In this process, two components to be welded are rubbed against each other under pressure to the point that the generated heat melts the material, thus joining the components. This creates very precise and inseparable bonds.
What are we driving?
The components have to be pressed together with great force according to the system design. Hydraulics are perfectly suitable for this purpose, especially since the positioning must be tracked while maintaining the force as the material melts. This can be easily achieved using hydraulic cylinders to generate the appropriate pressure.
