Year 2023

This ready-to-use hydraulic axle comes with power from 0.2 to 8.69 kW. Like all E-AHP drives, the E-AHP lite models also promise a very low energy consumption in combination with high efficiency. The plug-and-play system has a preset motion controller and it is quick and easy to get started.

With the new EBZ series, AHP Merkle now has another series of short-stroke cylinders in round design in its product range. They are very easy to integrate into a device. In this case, the installation can be done directly and without piping. These cylinders are characterized by their very compact dimensions and are therefore also suitable if space is limited. The piston diameter ranges from 16 to 50mm. The maximum operating pressure is 250 bar.

With the block cylinder design 52, AHP Merkle presents a variant of its cylinders in which the developers have relocated the connections for the hydraulics to the long side. With this arrangement and their compact design, the new cylinders were originally designed primarily for use in mold making, but they also find applications in other areas.

The new machine units by AHP Merkle were designed especially for the harsh daily factory routine. They can be controlled manually as well as via the injection molding machine control system and are designed to check the functionality of push units, core pulls or even ejectors. Cylinders and limit switches are connected to the unit for this purpose. The new machine units have a compact design and are mobile.

AHP Merkle also wants to achieve quality with a cylinder series for demands below the high-end level. The Eco-line cylinder series is of hybrid design for economic reasons. Wherever the design requirements allow, the cylinder specialist relies on high-quality aluminum alloys.

If you want to get the most out of your production, you need to have full knowledge of your relevant data. In the future, AHP Merkle will use intelligent sensors to ensure that the relevant parameters are recorded from the cylinders and thus for direct process control or strategic process design, for example. The user can configure and read out the sensors via a user-friendly app. He can also use the app to fine-tune the switch, when already installed, to 5mm before the end position of the cylinder. The sensor technology also enables live temperature measurement via the app, for example. It also provides information on the maximum and minimum temperatures and the number of switching cycles performed.

We deliver cylinders from our quick delivery program within 7 working days. Over 50 new MBZ, over 150 EZ and over 250 EBZ piston diameter and stroke combinations are now available.

In addition to the already well developed AHP.Cylinder accessories, AHP is releasing a new range of accessories for hydraulics. This includes valves, gearwheel flow dividers as well as the latest innovation, the "Last Chance Filter".

AHP is setting new standards with the AHP.Standards. New products have been developed for the tool and mold making industry. One example is the mechanical chain lifter, internally also called MCL. It works completely mechanically and without springs. But AHP now also has a double ejector in its product portfolio.

Extensions and accessories are also offered for our ready-to-use hydraulic axle E-AHP. If you need an interface to your existing fieldbus system, for example, the preset motion controller is the optimal solution.

Our development department at AHP Merkle now officially approves the MBZ magnetic field block cylinders up to a maximum continuous operating pressure of 250 bar. Here we guarantee 3 million double strokes for hydraulic cylinders without cushioning.

AHP has replaced its existing app with a new app concept. This offers lots of new features and additional functions. Also, all formulas from the book of technical data are stored in the calculation wizard for easy design of your application.
