Payroll and Human Resources
We in the Payroll & Human Resources Team take care of our employees. It is our job to align the interests of the company and the needs of our employees. We act as a service provider for internal customers such as the General Management, our employees, or our confidants as well as for external customers such as authorities, health insurance companies, vocational schools, etc. Various processes and procedures from filling a position, onboarding employees, and supporting them in a wide variety of matters during their employment until they eventually leave the company keep our work varied and exciting. Flexibility, empathy, and strong communication skills are important skills in the Human Resources Team.
